We prepare your box at the winery and ship it. Summer is estimated to ship in early June and Christmas in late November; Complete arrives in both campaigns. Seasonal packs are charged approximately 10 days before shipping. We only deliver within mainland Spain; estimated delivery is 48–72 hours.

Summer and Christmas receive one shipment per year: Summer is estimated to ship in early June and Christmas in late November. The Complete Pack receives two shipments, one in each campaign. Seasonal packs are first charged approximately 10 days before shipping. We only deliver within mainland Spain. MRW handles transport and the estimated delivery time is 48–72 hours.
The Complete Pack is charged in full when you subscribe. For Summer and Christmas, the payment method is saved without an immediate charge and the first charge is scheduled approximately 10 days before the relevant campaign. If you join after the charge date, you move to the next campaign. Stripe may retry a failed payment; if it succeeds after the operational cut-off, shipment moves to the next campaign and we will inform you. You can pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay when available and view your invoices from your account.
If nobody is home, MRW may make another delivery attempt or indicate a pickup point according to its operating procedures. Any incident will be communicated through the contact details provided.
Each pack or shipment received may be returned within 15 business days of receipt. For an ordinary return, the pack must be in perfect condition, with its original packaging where possible and proof of order, and you pay the return transport costs. Transport damage must be noted on the delivery note and reported within 24 hours; defects or incorrect shipments within 7 business days. In those cases, Adegas Moure pays the transport costs. Cancelling in Stripe prevents future renewals but does not replace a return request for a pack already received.
